- You are free to opt out of the Guarantee programme at any time.
- You can switch to the Regular non-Guarantee programme and pay less subscription fee. New subscription fee will kick-in on your next payment cycle. Send us an email when you want to switch. There is no fee for switching to Regular Programme
- You can also completely opt out of the programme. If you opt out completely before 12 months, there is no fee or guarantee offered to you. You must stay for 12 months to qualify for guarantee.

- How do I join the Programme? Answer: Fill this form and make sure you select Guarantee Programme in the Profile Option list. Then we take it from there and setup your account.
- Can I increase my Starting Capital during the Guarantee Programme? Answer: No. We are locking down your starting Capital for 12 months, hence adding more to it distorts the measure.
- If I switch from Guarantee Programme to Regular non-guarantee can I switch back? Answer: No
- How do you refund me? Answer: We will credit you via your Paypal account that you use to pay us subscriptions
- What is the legal backing for this guarantee? Answer: You will have an agreement between you and 5Mastery.com stating this rules and the refund policy. That becomes your legal basis to seek redress in case 5Mastery does not honour her promise.
- Can I have a guaranteed Programme and a regular Programme at the same time? Answer No. You can only have one at a time.
- Can you show some scenarios of this Programme for better understanding? Answer: Yes. Assuming you Invested 10,000 USD for 12 months, see scenarios below
- If your balance at the end of 12 months is 13,600 dollars, then, very good. No refund necessary. Everyone is happy.
- If your balance at the end of 12 months is 11,000 dollars, then not very good. You made 1,000 USD. That does not cover the normal subscription for a year of 1,200 USD. We will refund you 200 USD.
- If your balance at the end of 12 months is 7,000 USD, then not very good. You made a loss of 3,000 USD. Your return on investment also does not cover the normal subscription rate of 1,200 (100 X 12 months). So we will refund you with 3,000 plus 1, 200 = 4,200 USD. No question asked.
- If your balance at the end of 12 months is 4,000 USD, then, not good at all! You made a loss of 6,000 USD. Your return on investment does not cover the normal yearly subscription of 1,200. So we refund you 5,000 USD (50% of your total loss) plus 1,200 = 6,200 USD. No question asked. This is the maximum refund possible.
- Why do you base subscription refund on normal Investment (e.g. 100 USD) instead of the 200 USD that is paid for the Guarantee Programme. Answer: We are making money for you, so we need both parties to have some accountability. We want you to carry some risk too. You cannot find this kind of guarantee in any investment, so we need you to play a part in this. It is also a way to be fair to those who chose the Normal Programme.
